Beer Description
We’re calling it Metabolic Memories, and we’ve double dry hopped (DDH) it with tons of Nectaron, Simcoe, and Citra hops. The Nectaron hops are very expressive with aromas of passion fruit, peach, grapefruit, and pineapple. Simcoe helps give a slight bitter to balance with fruit notes of passionfruit, pine and apricot. Rounding things out, Citra completes the hop profile, bringing with it aromas of bright citrus, and tropical fruits.
