An exceptional offering from Gueuzerie Tilquin, Mûre-Rhubarbe Tilquin is a spontaneously fermented Belgian lambic blending frozen blackberries (mûre) and fresh rhubarb with 1- and 2-year-old lambics and Meerts. Vibrant berry fruit, earthy funk, lively acidity, and the sharp snap of rhubarb unfold into a beautifully complex, vinous wild ale that is exceptionally uncommon to encounter on draft.
