Beer Description
7th Orbit is our Anniversary Hazy Triple IPA commemorating our 7th Orbit around the sun. Some of the most vibrant hops we’ve been able to work with over the years, and 1 new shining star, collide for astronomical citrus, tropical, & mixed berry character in this 10.7% TIPA. Elani hops were found growing wild during a hiking expedition. Late 19th-century miners and loggers cultivated hops in the area for brewing their beer and Elani survived and evolved on its own, waiting to be found again. At our hop selection we found that Elani presents with pineapple, guava, lime, white peach, & orange zest. 7th Orbit combines Elani with Citra, Krush, and Simcoe. This Hazy TIPA is the culmination of our IPA thus far and a huge Thank You to the friends we’ve made along the way.
