Beer Description
Ice Castles is our new Alpine-style pils! Brewed with extra-pale German malt, hopped delicately with southern-French hops, fermented very cold—this beer begs to be quaffed by the liter, but will not disappoint when sipped slowly and considered—with notes of fresh sourdough, chamomile tea and lemongrass and an ultra-crisp dry finish. At 4.4% Ice Castles is our new current infatuation and we will be toasting with this on New Years, cheers all!
