Beer Description
We celebrate our 10th Anniversary with another throwback beer that got us started. KTK is an American DIPA dry hopped with Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo, and Amarillo. Its an updated recipe but it stays mostly true to what it was. It uses an American Ale strain of yeast and a ton of Simcoe and Amarillo. Wit the bitterness on the low side it’s more of a modern interpretation of a classic American DIPA
