Beer Description
Italian Pilsner made with Saphir hops in the boil and dry hop. The dry hopping process makes this style unique to German lagers or Czech Pils. The Saphir gives this clear, soft, refreshing beer a nice, subtle hint of lemongrass and as it warms we sometimes get a hint of strawberry or black tea.
