Beer Description
Brewed in harmony with the original Foam DIPA, Built to Spill, this special offering is an inside-out take on a classic. With the omission of wheat from the grist, You In Reverse is crafted almost identically, utilizing a more flocculant West Coast strain from Omega Yeast Labs to create a crisp counterpoint to its hazy companion. Citra and Galaxy Spectrum in the dry hop pack full character while maintaining a clean, crispness. A choreographed dance of pineapple and grapefruit along with blue, black, and gooseberry twirl over the palate.
