Something with a little mindfulness. Lots of intention and zero persuasion. Just the right amount of composure and a touch of intrigue. The confines of our collaboration with Chai Pani, inspired by their delightful East India G&T. Mashed with lemongrass, lime zest, juniper berries, cardamom and coriander. Double dry-hopped with Cashmere, Motueka, Zumo and Cryo.
