Beer Description
Brett Saison w/ Orange Zest. 5.4%
Our love for saison, and the time and intention behind them is a refreshing exercise in patience leaving a moment for introspection of Parleaux’s beer program. Brewed with Canadian pilsner malt, spelt, and red wheat. Hopped with a light touch of German hops Hallertau Hersbrucker and Perle. Fermented in stainless steel for 7 months with a wild saccharomyces yeast and a brettanomyces brux strain with a touch of orange zest. Packaged with a strain of brettanomyces claussenii and left to naturally carbonate for 7 more months. An effervescent saison with light sourdough undertones with a bright mimosa like experience on the palate.
