A staggering grist bill featuring Maris Otter, Crystal, Caramel, and aromatic malts provides the high-gravity wort needed to brew this decadent and classic style. Clean, robust, and amber in appearance, the aroma provides notes of fruit leather, sherry, and first flush Chinese black tea.
