Beer Description
Bright, clean, and easy on the eyes. Riding Waves is our latest venture into the SoCal inspired west coast pilsners yโall have been crushing in the taproom. This version is brimming with lively ripe mango, tangerine, and a little dank finish, and a temperate dankness. Brewed simply with a blend of American pilsner malts, fermented slow and low with our favorite Czech lager yeast, and hopped with a heavy hand of Simcoe Cryo Krush Cryo, and Centennial. Inspired by the ever evolving and inspiring brewers on the west coast.
