An ode to the American pilsners of the pre-prohibition era. Step mashed with Carolina Gold Heirloom rice and American 2-row pilsner malt to deliver a crisp and delicate lager with a hint of grainy sweetness. Hopped aggressively on the hot side with whole leaf Cluster and Zuper Saazer pellets, bringing delicate floral and spicy herbal notes with a light touch of honeydew melon.
