Beer Description
Endless Summer is our “lab experiment” for Orange Sunshine, offering a space to explore new approaches and variables. The major difference in this version is the use of a completely different yeast strain, which gives its own aromatic and flavor character. We’ve increased the orange notes slightly and experimented with a lower acidity to accentuate the fruit character.
