Sesiones del Migrante was founded in 2017 by Bale Breaker, Yakima Chief Hops, Cervecería de Colima, Cerveza Loba, Ronin Fermentation Project, & SouthNorte to celebrate the Mexican migrant workers who travel to Yakima to harvest hops for breweries across the globe. A portion of the proceeds from this beer is donated to local nonprofits who support migrant farm workers.
