Made with a similar recipe to its amber cousin, but with a more full-bodied maltiness and a touch of roasted malt character for balance. Hopped to balance with lightly spicy, herbal hops, then fermented cold for that classic lager refreshment.
Tmavé Pivo (literally “dark beer” in Czech) is our latest iteration in the pursuit of finely balanced, drinkable session lagers. Made with a similar recipe to its amber cousin, but with a more full-bodied maltiness and a touch of roasted malt character for balance. Hopped to balance with lightly spicy, herbal hops, then fermented cold for that classic lager refreshment. Consider it an invitation to slow down, and appreciate the colder times of year for their shorter days, longer nights, and colder temperatures.
