Beer Description
Mooncusser is a collaboration with our friends at Mooncusser Raw Bars. We brewed a base saison with spelt and incorporated oyster shells and sea salt to be evocative of the aromas of the seashore at low tide. The resulting beer has notes of sea air, cucumber, lemon zest, hay, wet stones, honeydew, black pepper and a soft yet full mouthfeel.
