Beer Description
A nod to one of the oldest folk festivals in the world, we joyously introduce Parish Oktoberfest!. We’ve taken a brief break from our usual hazy IPA repertoire to brew this traditional malty, clean lager. Its fuller body comes from a cornucopia of malted barleys – Munich and Metolius – giving it a delightful copper hue and a rich bready flavor to match. At 5.4% ABV, Oktoberfest features a robust, frothy head and a touch of the most perfect Saaz hops, keeping true to classic style.
