Beer Description
They say to never tether your heart to a memory. That’s a fixation you might never shake. Unless you weave it into the fibers of who you’ve become. An idea we borrowed, from the apex of adoration. A collaboration with Altamont Beer Works, whose Maui Waui IPA was the inspiration for our beloved Surf Wax, many moons ago. Brewed with an irrational dose of Mosaic and Citra, and an echo of Simcoe and CTZ. Double-dry hopped equally heavy doses of Mosaic, Citra and Cryo.
