Sometimes the simplest things are the most elegant and this English mild is a perfect example. We brewed in collaboration with Crisp malt, purveyor of high quality English and Scottish brewing and distilling malts, showing a heritage malt called Chevalier, or the “Mother of Maris Otter”, one of the oldest amd most well-know quality malts in the world.
