Beer Description
The unique blend of malts used to brew this beer creates a beautiful amber color with complex aromas and flavors of freshly baked bread. The Haas Hop Variety # 1134 provides a crisp bitterness and herbal aromatics to give balance to this brew.
Raddy is a traditional Czech Amber lager brewed in honor of the Czech God of Hospitality (Radegast). The unique blend of malts used to brew this beer creates a beautiful amber color with complex aromas and flavors of freshly baked bread. The Haas Hop Variety # 1134 provides a crisp bitterness and herbal aromatics to give balance to this brew. Fermented at 52 F for 2 weeks using a traditional Czech Lager Yeast and then stored cold for 3 weeks at 32 F the finished beer is super clean, smooth and crushable!
