Belgian-Style Saison Dry, tart, and earthy, with hints of citrus fruit notes. his saison is brewed in the old-world tradition. Using experimental, low-modified malt from Copper Fox Distillery, unmalted wheat, and an in-house isolated yeast strain straight from Wallonia in Belgium. Fermented steadily in the low nineties, this beer is true to style.
