Beer Description
We infused this absolute crusher of a West Coast IPA with incredibly punchy hops from a place
so far to the east, it actually to the west. As always, the oily New Zealand-grown goodness of
Nelson and Riwaka draw out the unique character of a third hop. In this case, the elusive
Rakau, with its signature blast of apricot, backed by an intriguing blend of spice, earth and piney
dankness all its own. It is easy to get lost in the depths of spicy Sauv Blanc wine, tropical fruit
and stone fruit character but a light body and a smooth bitterness will keep you on course.
