Underneath the Covers was hidden away for 15 quiet months in Heaven Hill® barrels, absorbing whispers of oak, echoes of bourbon, and the kind of warmth that lingers. When it finally emerged, we layered it with milk sugar and an opulent pile of hazelnuts—because mystery should be savored, not solved.
