Beer Description
Rye Pilsner in collab with Alternate Ending.
The star of the show here is the Rye from Sugar Creek Malt. Huge smells of fresh baked German pretzel and rustic crackers dance, while a distinct rustic floral spice leaves a dry and snappy finish. We used 30% malted rye alongside 70% pilsner malt from Sugar Creek in Indiana. We carefully step mashed this, hopped it judiciously with Czech Saaz hops, fermented it slow and low with an iconic Czech lager yeast, naturally carbonated, and lagered beyond patience.
