Beer Description
Smooth and full bodied with rich molasses and caramelized pumpkin notes. A hefty dose of molasses, subtly spiced, then down for a long 10 week nap cold fermenting, conditioning, and naturally carbonating utilizing a traditional German Spunding technique.
Smooth and full bodied with rich molasses and caramelized pumpkin notes. We start with a beautiful variety of local pumpkins from our friends at Flying Cloud Farm, fire roast them in our tanker car fire pit, then incorporate them into the mash. A hefty dose of molasses, subtly spiced, then down for a long 10 week nap cold fermenting, conditioning, and naturally carbonating utilizing a traditional German Spunding technique.
