Beer Description
Fermented with our favorite strain of Czech yeast, spunded for natural carbonation, and then lagered until ready. Once we were happy with it, we dry-hopped this beer with even more Massachusetts grown Crystal.
MOURNING PRAYER | NORTHEAST LAGER | Decocted lager with a base of German Pilsner malt, we hopped it throughout the boil and whirlpool with some Massachusetts grown Crystal hops from our friends @fourstarfarms. Fermented with our favorite strain of Czech yeast, spunded for natural carbonation, and then lagered until ready. Once we were happy with it, we dry-hopped this beer with even more Massachusetts grown Crystal. The result is the answer to lager lovers prayers everywhere.
