Beer Description
This Italian Pilsner was brewed as a proof of concept for our upcoming annual fresh hop brew with Water Valley Hops. This beer utilizes hops from Water Valley, though not fresh, in a hefty whirlpool addition. One can expect a crisp and easy-drinking beer with a soft cracker base flavour with earthy, grassy, and floral aromas. Slightly more bitter than our Little Bear Kolsch but equally as refreshing.
