Blend of organic grape ales fermented (spontaneously from the grapes indigenous yeast) on pomaces from Syrah, Cinsault and Grenache from Mortiès domaine.
Harvest 2021, aged 6 months in used oak barrels.
Sourness is low, giving a rich but dry beer with subltles tanins.
