Beer Description
This Sour Ale was brewed in collaboration with 3 Trails Brewing Company. We used 6 dozen Louisburg Cider Donuts in the Mash then Apple Pie Spice blend in the boil. It was then finished with 88 LBS of Apple Puree in the fermenter. The result is crushable fall inspired beer!
