String Theory starts off using a version of our farmhouse mixed culture, white wheat, and Strata hops before being conditioned on blackberry and plum.
String Theory Blackberry & Plum pours jammy purple with elegant layers of complexity brought to you with a balanced acidity and void of cloying sweetness.
This extremely drinkable fruited ale has zero residual sugars and very low carbs with a floral backbone and flavors of berry jam, pear, plum Jolly Rancher, and red currant with a crisp and dry beautiful lingering minerality, making it approachable and elegant enough for the craft-curious drinker and flavorful enough for the well-seasoned beer drinker looking for a lighter option.
