Beer Description
NOTE: This entry is ONLY for the special Mosiac version. It says Mosaic on the front label and on the side label. Other versions go under the regular Hopulent entry. Brewed on February 19, 2013. Packaged on March 14, 2013.
As a result, the brew is citrusy on the nose and fruity on the pallet, with a distinct floral characteristic. The Malt Premium Briess Two Row, Ultra Premium Maris Otter, Weyermann Munic malt Type 1 and Briess Caramel malt 20L. The Hops In the Boil: Mosaic Hopback: Mosaic Dry hop: Mosaic.
