This smooth, spiced, and soul-warming creation starts with Highland’s Cold Mountain Cinnamon Roll Spiced Winter Ale – a subtlety sweet, gently bitter beer with notes of cinnamon, spice, vanilla, and brown sugar. We reduced the beer down, blended it with sweet cream, and finished it with a swirl of Hop-made brown butter cinnamon cream cheese frosting.
