Beer Description
For that, a pineapple led, tropical fruit medley of a beer was the aim. We’ve used Dolcita and Bru-1, both famous for their pineapple forward character, with a touch of Nectaron for a sweet mandarin finish.
This NEIPA is our favourite in the style we’ve made so far. With autumn truly here, we wanted to brew something to take you briefly back to a bright, sunlit summer.
