Explore. Taste. Discover. This is definitely a beer worthy of Discovery. This is a nearly forgotten Alpine style of lager aged for months on white oak. The rich amber hue and off-white head hint towards mellow Vienne-like toasted sweetness with layered complexity gifted by vanillins & tannins drawn from the oak. The cold lagering process mellows & marries the Old World Noble hops into a subtle bouquet that melds all the flavors into smooth though rewarding experience. History never tastes better than in an elegant Pilsner flute!
