Citrusy. Tropical. Risky.
Risk Management DIPA is brewed with 100% locally grown and malted Rabbit Hill Farms Pilsner, Chillum, Wheat, and Oat malts, decoction mashed, hopped with Bru-1, Citra, and Citra Dynaboost on the hot side, and with a hefty dose of Bru-1 Cryo, Citra, and Citra Cryo on the dry hop. With a balanced, soft finish and an assertive hop presence, Risk Management is what makes it so risky.
