Beer Description
Big, old-school, and unapologetically bold, Centurion is a 100-minute boil, 100 IBU, hop-smashing masterpiece. Every 10 minutes, 500g of Centennial T90 hit the kettle, followed by 5kg Centennial T90 and 1kg Centennial Dynaboost in the whirlpool a century of hops in every sense.
Clear amber with a white head, the aroma bursts with citrus and juicy stone fruit. Simpsons Medium Crystal malt gives body and a touch of sweetness, leading into a mid-palate citrus-forward hop punch and assertive, almost aggressive bitterness. Resin coats the mouth, leaving a long, lingering bitter finish that demands respect.
