Our first-ever collab with the east coast legends Hawkers, Hi Note is all about good vibes, sunny sips, and finishing the year on the highest of notes. This West Coast IPA is crisp, punchy, and infused with tropical optimism.
Burnished gold in the glass with a soft hop haze and a white crown, Hi Note greets you with candied lime, juicy tropical fruit, and a citrus-forward hop bouquet. The palate opens with a touch of malt sweetness, quickly followed by a mid-palate burst of tropical and citrus notes, with Skyfarm lime threading through like a zesty ribbon of sunshine. Medium bitterness keeps everything balanced, while the crisp, clean finish leaves you ready for the next sip.
