Beer Description
Golden and hazy with a pillowy white head, this IIPA layers NZH-106 and NZH-109 hops through the boil, whirlpool, and dry hop, creating a riot of tropical fruit, citrus, herbal notes, and that signature Kiwi diesel aroma. Cascade SubZero HopKief adds an extra punch of resinous depth. Despite its haze and juicy complexity, this is a true IIPA — no NEIPA sugarcoating here, just bold, assertive bitterness with zero hop or yeast bite.
Built on RR Sustainable Base Pilsner, spelt, rolled wheat, malted oats, and wheat malt, the body is smooth yet substantial, letting the hops blaze across your palate with every sip. One thing’s for sure: the desert won’t know what hit it.
