Beer Description
Built on a lean, tactical malt base of Tolga Farms Sustainable Pilsner Malt and Wheat, this thing clears the runway for an absolutely nuclear hop barrage. Amarillo, Amarillo Cryo, Sabro, Sabro Cryo, Strata, Simcoe Dynaboost, and Simcoe Hyperboost are enlisted to the cause and deployed in waves across boil, whirlpool, and dry hop… because who needs subtlety.
Crack a can and the ambush begins: coconut and citrus strike first, followed by pine resin, dank tropical fruit, and that classic Simcoe shock assault. The first sip lands with an assertive but disciplined bitterness, sharp enough to salute, smooth enough to sip in the shower.
