Beer Description
For the sixth iteration of Minutiae, we blended three imperial stout recipes aged 20–45 months in Elijah Craig 10- and 20-year, Henry McKenna 10-year, and George Dickel 15-year bourbon barrels. The result averages 29 months in oak: older threads lend dark berry and espresso depth, while younger casks carry chocolate, lively spirit, and soft vanilla from the wood
