Beer Description
IPA brewed with Rabbit Hill pilsner malt and hopped with healthy amounts of Mosaic, and Simcoe dynaboost, and Crosby Farm’s estate grown Centennial in the whirlpool and dry hopped with Amarillo, Citra, and Crosby’s “deep cut” Cascade. Classic clean bitterness and bright citrus peel, with dank and floral undertones
