A New England IPA collab with Réunion’s Brasserie Dalons, Balance Brewing, and WHC Lab. Dry hopped with Citra & Nelson Sauvin. This beer uses WHC Lab’s ‘Yellow Flower’ yeast – a new strain discovered on the island of Réunion and renowned for its biotransformation abilities. Fruity esters, a soft mouthfeel, luscious haze, and rippling tropicality. Buuurp.
