Beer Description
Spectre is a sour that uses roasted and crystal malts in the mash for a darker colour and notes of mocha, burnt caramel, and raisin. Post-fermentation, we aged Spectre for two months on blackberries, as well as second-use damsons and elderberries. The result is a rich, dark sour with layers of tart plum and earthy berry, rounded out by some sweeter, jammier notes.
