This beer is very yeast-driven with notes of mild-funkiness and peppery spice.
Today we introduce our historical version of what a saison farmhouse ale may have been presented as in the mid 1800’s. at only 4.9% this beer would have hydrated the farm workers from where the beer was originally brewed. we kept our grain bill simple and representative of the style. this ale is quenching and intriguing, all in the same pint
