Meerts Tilquin à l’Airelle Sauvage (Draft) — A delicate lambic-style blend built on Tilquin’s meerts (“March beer”) and refermented with wild lingonberries (airelles sauvages). Made in the Meerts series method—~80% 1-year meerts + ~20% 2-year lambics, then fruit-conditioned about 4 months—it pours bright and zippy with tart red-berry snap, subtle oak/funk, and a crisp, bone-dry finish. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, and naturally conditioned.
