Beer Description
English Style Extra Special Bitter
A collaboration with 8th generation British malt house Thomas Fawcett Malt and Country Malt Group. A flurry of orange marmalade, honey, and fresh earl grey present up front with a distinct dry finish on the palate. Pours a brilliant golden color with just a slight orange hue. A beautiful display of English malt, hops, and yeast while honoring deep British brewing traditions. Brewed with an english variety of malt called โPearlโ which produced an incredible warm brioche bread like flavor. Hopped with a traditional UK hop, East Kent Golding, and fermented with a legendary English ale strain from West Yorkshire.
