Beer Description
Bock beer with a high fermentation. Produced in limited quantities, includes the addition of local honey from the hills of Mendrisio. The color is deep brown and the foam soft and golden. Despite the important alcohol content, the palate is round and sweet with a strong aromatic scent. Ideal in conjunction with: – Risotto – Homemade Cakes – Cheeses served with walnuts, honey and mustard.
