Beer Description
We created a slightly different blend than BA Griffith using only last year’s brew of Griffith, overall there were similar notes, but aimed towards a little more of the woody chicory flavors, which the 12 year barrel added splendidly. We then added Ethiopia Guji Shakiso Gigesa natural process coffee from Trystero Coffee at around 2.6lbs/bbl, followed by chicory and vanilla to provide the perfect NOLA experience.
