Beer Description
Skeleton Theory is our evolving Hazy Double IPA recipe that utilizes different hop blends with each iteration to showcase how hop expression enhances an IPA. For Skeleton Theory #15 we added Galaxy to an already stacked roster of Motueka, Eukanot, Idaho 7 and Citra. This beer is juicy yet balanced, bursting with aromas of fresh tropical fruits, bright key limes and those peaches you buy from a road stand in the middle of the summer.
