Beer Description
It’s been a while since we brewed an Imperial Stout, so we wanted this one to be special. We teamed up with the culinary geniuses at Barker and Taylor’s Donuts—whose cold brew fuels many afternoons here—to craft a true brunch beer. Fourteen giant Barker croissants went into a grist of chocolate malt and Belgian candi sugar, then we finished it on vanilla beans and cold brew for a rich, bold, roasty taste of a lazy weekend morning. Every day is a Lazy Sunday if you play your cards right.
